In the recent patch 1.30 the patch notes state that you won't be able to level past 100, and that the quests levels max out at 105 along with NPC levels and gear. All of your GM armor will get beaten in armor rating by the Kaer Morhen starting armor, so keep your GM kits and dismantle them so that you can rebuild them.
New Game+ at level 100. The Witcher 3. So I'm now level 100 to start a new game plus but I was wondering if all enemies will just be level 100 or they will just be normal levels ( like if you were to play a totally new game) +100. I can fight a couple levels above my own but eventually it would get too hard. For example fighting against level
So freaking stupid. If you play on PC there’s a mod that allows you to play it infinitely. To be fair, they added NG+ in one of the free DLC's as a fan request, they never intended to design NG+ for this game during the development process. Also NG+ introduces quite a few bugs the normal game doesn't have.

However you can backup 1st playthrough save, start a NG+ and have the option to restart said NG+ cycle. The key is to backup 1st playthrough save beforehand cause it becomes the NG+ save. When alot of games have new game plus it feels like it loses something when you play like that. For example when I played mass effect 2's new game plus type thing it was cool at first that you started off with all your stuff topped out or at the very least alot stronger but the fact you didn't have to gain stuff as the story goes forward made
If that's so, it sort of reminded me of Final Fantasy IV DS in which the game got up to 3 New Game+ limit if I recall. Still, I'll just get as many stuff as I can in regular play before going to NG+, so I can begin another New Game+ with some things already in my inventory and level prepped.
DPS Meets Tank New Game+ Build in Witcher 3. The main Weapons for this build are going to revolve around the Toussaint Steel sword and the Aerondight Silver Sword like the previous build. For the equipment, the Ursine Legendary which has great resistance, in general, is key for this build. As for the Skills, they are set in the following places:
The single best advice I have is if you finished B&W then you MUST, repeat MUST use the Aerondight sword and keep leveling it up. It will be the only silver sword you will ever use. BTW I found NG+ even on Death March to be much easier then non NG+. BLM actually stands for Bureau of Land Management. #6.
There are tons of things to do before you start a NG+ game of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt after finishing Blood & Wine. A lot have to do with using the Corvo Bi
